The LT and LTZ trim levels both offer 4-wheel antilock disc brakes and available integrated trailer brake controllers. However, the LTZ trim level offers a standard 5.3L EcoTec3 V8 engine, while this engine option is merely available for the LT model. Additionally, the 6.2L EcoTec3 V8 engine is not available for the LT model, while it is available for the LTZ model.
Exterior & Safety
The LTZ trim level provides standard fog lamps, Chrome mirror caps, and additional styling packages not available for the LT model. The LTZ trim level also offers certain exclusive tire options, including P285/45R22 SL 110H all-terrain blackwall tires. Both models offer EZ-Lift and Lower tailgate as standard as well as recovery hooks.
The LTZ offers some additional interior features not available or not standard on the LT trim level. Both models offer standard Chevrolet MyLink® audio system with an 8-inch color touch screen display. However, the LTZ trim level offers an available console insert organizer tray, underseat storage features, an available Bose® sound system, and standard dual-zone automatic climate control.
